As long as it has not shipped, yes. Send your order number to hello@noverose.eu and we will take care of it. We are here every day between 8:00 and 20:00.

Check with the people you live with and your neighbours first, and ask at your local pick-up point — parcels are often left there.

Still nothing? Send us your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know. Your return then needs to reach us within 14 days after that.

Returns are free from Belgium and the Netherlands.

From other countries a return fee is deducted from your refund:

If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, the return is on us.

Through your Nové Rose account: log in, select your order and the pieces you want to send back. You will receive a prepaid label and instructions by email.

Unworn and unwashed, with the hangtag still attached, and free from perfume or make-up. Try things on the way you would in a fitting room.

Yes. An exchange is free. You can also choose a gift card or a refund, whichever suits you best.

We process your refund within 2 to 3 business days after your return reaches us, to the payment method you used. Your bank usually needs a few days more.

Nothing after 8 business days? Let us know and we will look into it.

If you return the pieces the gift came with, the gift comes back as well, unworn and in its original condition. If you keep it, its retail value is deducted from your refund.

Every product page has a size guide. Under Size & Fit you will also find how that piece fits, how tall the model is and which size she wears.

It differs per piece and we say so on the product page.

The Amor blazer, the Isabel skirt, the Alani trousers and the Zaila top run small: take one size up. The Olivia trousers run large: one size down gives a closer fit.

The jersey pieces have natural stretch and follow the body, so the smaller size usually still works.

The suiting pieces give less: there, the larger size leaves you room to move.

A silhouette is only as good as the fabric it is made in, so that is where we start. The design decides what the fabric has to do, never the other way around.

We look for weight that falls instead of hangs, a surface that feels good against the skin, and enough recovery to keep a line around the waist after a full day of wearing.

Every fabric goes through sample rounds before it reaches a collection. If it does not do what the design asks, we do not use it.

Two families. Soft, fluid fabrics for the pieces that follow the body, and firmer, structured ones for the pieces that hold their shape. Most of our silhouettes are built from one of the two, or from both at once.

Colour matters as much as construction: every fabric has to sit inside our tonal palette, so pieces from different collections still belong together.

We work with quality fabrics that stay beautiful when they are looked after. Every fabric asks for care: treat a piece gently and it will stay with you for years.

Yes, every price on the site includes VAT. We ship from Belgium to countries within the EU, so there are no customs charges on top.

Yes. Sign up for our emails and you receive 10% off your first order. You will also be the first to hear about new pieces.

Designed in Belgium and made in Thessaloniki, Greece, by specialized ateliers.

We produce in limited runs, work with mills that are OCS and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, and send every order in FSC-certified packaging.

We make in small quantities, so a piece can be gone for good. Sometimes we bring one back.
