All orders are processed with care and shipped within 1 business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

• Northern Europe: Denmark, Sweden, Finland
• Southern Europe: Spain, Italy, Portugal

We offer free shipping within Europe from €150. Below €150, rates vary by country.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@noverose.eu. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update your details.

If your piece doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the hangtag attached.

A fixed return shipping fee applies based on your country, or free returns are available for members of The World. Visit our Returns page for the full list and details.

You can easily request a return via your Nové Rose account:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Once approved, you will receive your return label and tracking information by email.

We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return your original purchase following our return policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days via your original payment method.
