Orders & Shipping
Orders placed before 4 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends are shipped the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery times: 1-2 days (BE/NL), 3-5 days (rest of EU)
We ship to 12 European countries:
Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Italy, Portugal

We offer free shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium on orders from €150.
Within Europe, free shipping is available on orders from €200. For orders below €200, shipping fees vary depending on the destination country.
Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at hello@noverose.eu with your order number. We respond within 2 hours during business hours (8 AM - 8 PM CET).
Returns & Exchanges
You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
Requirements:
- Unworn with original tags attached
- Unused and in original condition
Return Shipping:
- Benelux free returns
- Other EU countries: Fixed return fee starting from €5 (varies by country)
You can easily request a return via your Nové Rose account:
- Log in to your account.
- Select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once approved, you will receive your return label and tracking information by email.
We will offer you a free exchange, gift card or a refund, as per your preference
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
The funds will appear in your account based on your bank's processing time (typically 2-3 business days).
Payment method: Refunded to your original payment method
