1. Register your return
   Within 14 days of delivery, in your Nové Rose account.
2. Receive your label
   By email, prepaid.
3. Send it back
   Within 14 days of registering.
4. Refund or exchange
   Within 2–3 business days after your return reaches us, to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect pieces

Contact hello@noverose.eu within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos. Once we have reviewed it, we cover the return. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Complimentary gift

Orders from €250 may include a gift. It is yours as long as your order stays at €250 or more after a return. If not, send it back unworn, or we deduct its value from your refund.
