Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout so your order arrives smoothly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment. The shipping costs for resending will be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nové Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking information for further assistance.
